Southern Miss Ultimate Fan Experience Rules

CONTEST:  B95 Listeners may enter to win the Coca-Cola Southern Miss Ultimate Fan Experience by posting a photo of themselves dressed in their best/most fun/outrageous/creative   Southern Miss attire on the B95 Facebook page.  All photos will be collected from Facebook and placed into an album for voting.  B95 listeners will have until Saturday, Nov. 9 at noon to enter.  All entries will be placed in an album on the B95 Facebook page for voting for the best “Fan” outfit.  The photo with the most “LIKES” and “LOVES” will be the winner. 

1. There will be one winner who must be 21 years or older.  Their Guest must also be 21 years or older.

2. The person in the entry photo must be the person entering the contest.  The B95 logo or words and a Coke logo or words must be visible in the photo.  Old photos may not be submitted.  B95 and Coke logos may not be added with an app or photo-shopped into the picture.  Photos of children or people other than the contestant will be disqualified.  Please add the hashtag   #UltimateFan, #SMTTT, #B95Country, or #ShareACoke

3. The Grand Prize in Coca-Cola’s USM Ultimate Fan Experience will include:

• 2 Suite tickets to the Southern Miss/Western Kentucky game on November 23, 2019
• Run out the tunnel with the team
• 2 pre-game field passes
• 2 pre-game hospitality passes
• 1 Southern Miss jersey

4.  By posting a photo of yourself on B95’s Facebook page, you are granting us permission to use your photo.  B95 reserves the right to use any audio, video or photographic material which involves the winner and guest or their family for promotional use without further compensation or permission.

5. All entries will be posted on B95country on Facebook for voting on Monday, November 11, 2019 thru Thursday, November 14, 2019 for “Liking” and “Loving”.   The photo receiving the most “Likes” and “Loves”  will be the winner.  In the event of a tie, a random drawing between the entries involved in the tie will determine the winner. The decision of the judges is final. 

6.  Winners must waive any claims of liability against B95/WBBN Radio Station, Blakeney Communications, Inc. its employees and agents for any personal injury or loss, including death, or any property loss or damage which may occur from participation in the contest or use of any prize.  Blakeney Communications, Inc. makes no warranty or claim whatsoever as to the safety, health or advisability of participating in the B95 Coca-Cola Southern Miss Ultimate Fan contest.  Winners should participate and accept and use prizes on at their own risk.  Winners will be required to sign a written waiver of liability and agree to hold Blakeney Communications, Inc. harmless for any liability whatsoever related to this contest and any prize awarded.

7. Employees, agents, successors, and assignees of B95 and Blakeney Communications, Inc., its advertising agencies and promotional companies involved in the promotion as well as family and household members of same, shall be ineligible to participate in the promotion and shall be ineligible for any prize.

8. Employees, agents, successors, and assignees of Hattiesburg Coca-Cola, their advertising and promotional companies involved in this promotion as well as family and household members of same, shall also be ineligible to participate in this promotion and shall be ineligible for any prize.

9. Employees of other radio stations and television stations are ineligible to win.

10. B95 reserves the right to change the rules.
